SpiritOpus ensures deliveries in (almost) the entire world!
We prepare your order with great care, before Colissimo handles the delivery to your home. The meticulous preparation of your package can take up to 3 days, save specific times when our team goes on an adventure, to dig up some nice surprises for you. In the event of a longer delay, we will let you know at the time of the order.
For metropolitan France, we use Colissimo as our carrier, and your package will arrive within 48-72 hours. You will also get a tracking number to keep track of your delivery.
For Europe and the rest of the world, delivery time is very variable, from two days to a month.
Your order is delivered to the address you gave, against a signature. Should you be absent at the time of the delivery, you will get a delivery notice which you will need to get your package at the post office. Packages are stored during 15 days. Past that time, the items will be returned to SpiritOpus.
Shipping fees vary, depending on the size and weight of your package. Meditation and futon cushions are quite voluminous objects, and that has an impact on shipping fees, which are determined by Colissimo. We always do our best to ensure deliveries take place in the best conditions.
