Your order doesn’t meet your expectations? You have changed your mind? Your satisfaction is our priority, and you have up to 7 days from the moment you receive your package to return your purchase.
To return an item, all you have to do is log into your account, go back to your order and notify your return. You can also contact our helpdesk (email@example.com) to express your inquiry. Shipment is at your expense.
As soon as we receive your item, and after we have checked its state (it has to be brand new), we will send you an email to confirm that we accept your return. You will then receive a refund within 30 business days.
